Escaping to the green hills of South Gippsland and meeting the horses and other animals on our farm might be just what you and your friends need.
In the spirit of connection, sisterhood and embracing each others uniqueness, Francesca and her team create an environment where you can take time out from the day-to-day, going on a gentle journey of sensory experiencing.
Every group has different wants and needs, but here are some things to choose from:
A replenishing silent walk at Henry Littledyke’s Reserve, taking in the extraordinary beauty of this whip-bird sanctuary and the views over Phillip Island.
A wholesome and delicious morning tea featuring local produce - gf and vegetarian available of course!
Reflective exercises using circle work and various creative outlets
Mindfulness and self-regulation - a must when working with horses (but don’t be afraid, it’s all very gentle)
Horse observations and experiments, featuring touch exercises, leading, grooming, obstacles, and building representations with natural materials
Sit around the fire, with hot soup and share songs and stories - The night sky down here is amazing!
How long is this experience?
Sessions are between 90 min and 4 hours, depending on the program and time of day you choose.
