Support for the mind, body, and heart

meeting you wherever you are.

Alongside my equine-assisted practice, I offer online counselling for people seeking meaningful support and change from the comfort of their own space.

My approach is holistic and person-centred, grounded in evidence-based modalities including Emotion-Focused Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Person-Centred Therapy. These frameworks help us explore your inner landscape with curiosity and care—unpacking emotional patterns, unmet needs, and the places in you that long to be seen, understood, and integrated.

I also draw on somatic awareness and mindfulness practices, supporting you to reconnect with your body’s wisdom and regulate your nervous system in gentle, sustainable ways. This body-heart-mind connection is the foundation of healing and growth in my work.

I am an ACA-registered counsellor (Level 2) with a Master’s degree in Counselling from La Trobe University and an accredited Equine Assisted Psychotherapist. My background combines over 15 years of experience in both therapeutic and leadership settings. I’ve supported a wide range of clients—including NDIS participants, young people, adults, clients navigating end of life and those working through deeply personal, relational, or systemic challenges.

You might come to counselling if you are:

  • Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or burnt out

  • Moving through grief, loss, or a major life transition

  • Struggling with self-worth, boundaries, or identity

  • Wanting to process trauma or emotional pain

  • Seeking more ease and clarity in your relationships

  • Curious about deepening your emotional awareness and resilience

You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin.

Together, we create a space where your experience is met with presence—not judgment. A space where healing can unfold at your pace. Whether you’re walking through something heavy, or simply feeling disconnected and unsure why, you are welcome here.

Sessions are available via secure video call.
